2014 MEMBERSHIP CAMPAIGN NOW UNDERWAY !!!
The Pittston Township Ambulance Association is pleased to announce our 2013 membership campaign was successful and exceeded last years member subscriber donations. Pictured at left is our two vehicles at our station which is supported by the Membership Campaign.
The current staff officers are Captain Ed Warunek, Assistant Captain Russ Searfoss III, 1st Lt. Heather Pesotini and 2nd Lt. Ron Pesotini. President is Don Hudzinski Sr.
There are 21 volunteer EMS providers on staff with in excess of 300 years EMS experience.
The Ambulance Association welcomes a number of new EMS providers to our roster. Three of the new providers are EMTs/EVOs and are students at Kings College enrolled in their Physician Assistant program. They are Hayley Weller, Deanna Riebe and Joe Novinski. This is the second year that our EMS has had the opportunity to have students from the local college medical programs doing an active internship with the Pittston Township Ambulance.
Last year, we had a student that was from the Commonwealth Medical College. The Pittston Township Ambulance is reported to be a recommended EMS agency for students because of our varied types of emergencies handled and administrative policies.
Also new to our staff is Greg Kaspriski and Jason Mandicott. Both are EVO's with Jason now enrolled in EMT classes. All the new EMS providers have completed their in house training and are active EMS providers in the field.
